Calling all chocolate lovers to Hotel Meyrick!
Chocoholic’s are in for a sweet treat at Hotel Meyrick, this Easter, as award-winning chocolatier Benoit Lorge hosts a chocolate master class for children and for adults at Galway’s most luxurious 4 Star City centre Hotel on Easter Sunday -31st March.
Hotel Meyrick Children’s Chocolate Masterclass- Hotel Meyrick children’s chocolatier master class can be enjoyed as part of the 3 course Easter Sunday lunch on Sunday 31st March.
Pre-booking is essential for this special event. Children must be booked in for Easter Sunday lunch at the Hotel in advance and must be between 5 – 12 years to attend the class, which starts at 12 noon in the Hotel Lobby.
Easter Sunday Lunch will be from just €25 per adult and €12.50 per child, available from 12.30pm – 2pm in the Oyster Grill Restaurant. A donation from each lunch will be made to ACT for Meningitis, a non - profit organisation based in Galway, established in 2011 by Siobhán and Noel Carroll, who in 2008 lost their precious daughter Aoibhe - aged 4- to Meningitis.
During the masterclass Children can uncover the magic, making and history of the world’s favourite treat, participate in tastings and a creative workshop along with learning tips from an expert chocolatier. Children will see how chocolate pralines, figurines and Easter eggs are moulded. See a chocolate bar take shape and learn fun chocolate facts!
