Requirements
- HACCP trained
- Be qualified in professional cookery or equvalent
- Have a pssion for cooking, food and culinary techniques
- Be a team player and able to work in a busy kitchen environment
- Be fluent in English
- Hours of work are 5 days over 7 inclusive of some weekends.
