We are currently recruiting for the following positions

1- Hotel Receptionist - Experience Essential 

Receptionist

Responsibilities

To greet guests on arrival with a warm, welcoming smile & in a professional and friendly manner.
To carry out our Customer Relations policy.
To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required.
To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these.
To ensure that the guests needs and requirements are met.
To take all reservations and ensure that all changes are updated in the hotel system accordingly.
To answer the switchboard in a warm and friendly manner and to divert calls to the relevant departments and to take detailed messages as required.
To become familiar with all other procedures for reception which the property requires.
To be patient and organised and be able to deal with a multitude of tasks and have the ability to prioritise these tasks.
To be willing and interested to learn  about the surrounding areas so as to be able to advise guests.
Requirements:

Minimum one year’s experience working in a 4*and 5*hotel
Excellent interpersonal skill
Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Working knowledge of Opera PMS system preferred.
Working knowledge of the Internet, Excel and Word. 
 

2- Chef de Partie

We are seeking to recruit a qualified a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.  He/she will have the opportunity to develop and improve their skills in a number of sections in the kitchen 

 

The ideal candidate should :
 
1. Be qualified in professional cookery or equivalent
2. Have previously worked at least 3 years in a 4 or 5 star hotel
3. Have a passion for cooking, food and culinary techniques
4. Be fluent in English
5. Be a team player and able to work in a busy kitchen environment.
 

3- Commis Chef

We are currently recruiting for a commis chef

Main Duties:

Working in line with HACCP requirements
To ensure the standard of food is produced of the highest possible standard
To be diligent in all aspects of your role
To maintain your relevant section to the highest possible standard e.g. Food production, cleaning
To follow instructions of head chef / sous chef with absolute co-operation in regard to menu/ food/ cleaning operations
To work in all areas of the kitchen operation where the head chef/ sous chef may place you with total flexibility
To be punctual for every shift
Ensuring that at all times you are clean and presentable at all times

Experience required:

Min. 1 years working in a kitchen within a 4 / 5 star hotel operation
HACCP Trained Level 2
Flexibility for midweek work as well as weekends is required.
Valid Full Time Working Permit
