Getting Here

From Dublin

• On exiting Dublin follow signs for the West, N4/N6 and Sligo or Galway


• Take M6 Route after Kinnegad


• Continue on M6


• As you reach Galway, take the slip road left when the motorway ends


• At the Martin roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Durabhán - R338 (signposted Galway City East)


• Continue forward onto Dublin Road - R338 towards Galway city


• At next roundabout take 2nd exit continuing towards the city centre with GMIT College on your right


• You will come to a large crossroads with Lough Atalia/The Huntsman Bar on your left and the G hotel on your right. Turn left.


• Keep right as you approach the next traffic lights and take right fork (College Road)


• Continue straight ahead, past the home of Connacht Rugby, through the lights at the Coach Station and past the Tourist Office.  


• You will then be on Foster Street and Eyre Square will be ahead.


• Keep straight and the Hotel Meyrick will be on your left hand side

From Cork/Kerry

• On exiting Cork and Kerry follow signs for Limerick


• Continue on N20, entering Limerick


• Follow signs for N18


• Continue on N18


• Through Kilcolgan


• Through Clarinbridge


• At roundabout (junction with N6): take 2nd exit onto N6


• At next roundabout: 2nd exit and continue on N6 (signposted Galway)


• At next roundabout: Left for Galway City East


• At next roundabout: Straight


• At next roundabout: Left


• At fork in road at traffic lights take left fork (lake on left hand side)


• Turn right at Radisson Hotel


• Left at lights at the end of street


• Keep straight until you see Hotel Meyrick on your left hand side

From Donegal/Sligo

• Get on N17 after Sligo


• Continue on N17, through Charlestown, Knock, Claremorris, Tuam


• Through Claregalway


• On approach to Galway city: at 1st roundabout go straight


• Next roundabout left


• Next roundabout right


• At fork in road at traffic lights take left fork


• Turn right at Radisson Hotel


• Left at lights at the end of street


• Keep straight until you see Hotel Meyrick on your left hand side
