'From start to finish our wedding day at the Meyrick Hotel went without a hitch. Maria and her bridal party had many requirements on the morning of the wedding while getting ready. Every need was tended to with a smile. After the ceremony the General Manager and a member of staff greeted us at the front door with a glass of champagne each. There was a fantastic atmosphere in the lobby where the guests were enjoying champagne and punch. The waiters and the waitresses dressed in their crisp white uniforms kept all the glasses well topped up. The manager gave us a sneak preview of the reception room. We were very impressed. We knew the room would look well but it was better than expected. When it came to the meal the army of banqueting staff put on an outstanding performance. Prior to the wedding day we had notified the hotel that some of our guests had special dietary needs. This was not forgotten and all guests requirements were met.
